The hype SWISS Center offers two professional spaces: the hype SWISS Lodge, a 20 m² private space for up to 8 people, and the hype SWISS Center Global, a modular space that can accommodate up to 70 participants.
Example: a strategic meeting for 6 people can take place in the Lodge. A networking event for 50 to 70 people can be organised in the Global space.
What event formats are available?

Available formats include private meetings, business breakfasts, professional lunches, afterworks, workshops, training sessions, client presentations, member meetings and networking events. The main professional time slots for the Global space are morning, lunch and afterwork.
Example: a BNI network can organise a recurring morning meeting. An SME can organise a client lunch. A brand can present a product during an afterwork.
Is the hype SWISS Center suitable for entrepreneurs and business networks?

Yes. The Center is particularly suitable for entrepreneur networks, business clubs, SMEs, associations, trainers, consultants and professional communities.
Example: a business club can book a regular time slot, bring its members together, create networking opportunities and activate the Ambassador Program to turn recommendations into credits.
Can I book a recurring time slot?

Yes. It is recommended to allow professional clients, networks, associations or clubs to book recurring time slots: weekly, monthly or according to a defined schedule. A booking may be planned for a minimum period of 6 months, with the option to book directly for 12 months, automatically renewable for a corresponding period unless cancelled within the required notice period.
Example: a business network can book every Monday from 06:30 to 08:30 for an initial period of 6 months, or directly for 12 months. The booking is then renewed for an equivalent period unless cancelled at least 2 months before the contractual expiry date.
What happens if I cancel a Center booking?

Bookings for spaces, meetings, events, breakfasts, lunches and afterworks are subject to the specific conditions of the hype SWISS Center. Postponements may be accepted depending on availability, while costs already incurred, particularly catering or organisational costs, may remain payable.
Example: if a group books a lunch for 25 people and cancels late after the caterer has already been confirmed, certain costs may still be charged.
