Frequently asked questions

What can I buy in the hype SWISS shop?
The hype SWISS shop offers connected devices and equipment designed to complement the subscriptions: routers, SIM cards, phones, Smart TV Sticks, security cameras, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi products, fixed-line telephony products, laptops, tablets, UPS systems and accessories. Example: a customer choosing a high-speed Internet offer can buy a suitable Wi-Fi router. A customer subscribing to a TV offer can add a Smart TV Stick. A freelancer can complete their setup with a laptop or tablet.
Are the shop products compatible with hype SWISS subscriptions?
The purpose of the shop is to offer equipment that is consistent with hype SWISS services. Products are designed to complement Mobile, Internet, TV or Fixed-line offers. Example: if you subscribe to a TV offer but your television is not recent enough, a Smart TV Stick can make access easier. If you choose a very high-speed Internet offer, a high-performance Wi-Fi router will be more suitable than an older basic router.
Can I buy a Smart TV from hype SWISS?
Yes. The shop may offer Smart TVs and connected TV equipment. This is consistent with the vitamin-packed TV universe, replay, 4K, streaming and multimedia use. Example: a customer choosing a TV Premium offer can complement their subscription with a compatible Smart TV or Stick to enjoy a better viewing experience.
Can I buy a laptop or tablet?
Yes. The shop may offer laptops and tablets. These devices may meet the needs of students, families, freelancers, employees, salespeople or mobile users. Example: a student can buy a laptop with their Internet subscription. A freelancer can choose a tablet for client presentations, appointments or business management.
Is payment in instalments possible?
Yes. Payment in instalments may be offered on certain products or services, subject to approval by the relevant financial partner and according to the applicable conditions. Example: a customer wishing to buy a Smart TV, laptop or Wi-Fi device may request payment in instalments. Approval depends on the relevant financial partner and its own criteria.
Are products delivered in Switzerland?
Yes, products may be delivered in Switzerland according to the applicable delivery conditions. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, product type, carrier, delivery address, parcel size and possible supplier constraints. Example: a small accessory may be delivered quickly, while a Smart TV or bulky product may require a longer delivery time.
Can I return a product purchased from the shop?
Yes, subject to conditions. Certain physical products may be eligible for commercial return if the product is unused, complete, intact, clean, in its original packaging, with accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. Example: an unused router, complete and in its original packaging, may be eligible for a return request. However, a used, activated, incomplete, damaged product or a product unsuitable for resale as new may be refused or subject to a value reduction.
Which products are generally not returnable?
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, certain products or services are generally not returnable or refundable: activated SIM/eSIM cards, activated telecom services, initiated number porting, personalised products, specially configured products, software, licences, activated access or services already performed. Example: an activated eSIM or a telecom service already put into operation is not treated like a new unopened physical product.
What should I do in case of a defect, breakdown or delivery error?
In the event of a confirmed defect, delivery error or non-compliant product, the customer should contact hype SWISS promptly with their order number, a description, photos and the necessary supporting evidence. Depending on the case, hype SWISS may offer repair, replacement, credit note or full or partial refund. Example: if you receive a damaged product, you should document the issue with photos and contact support quickly to allow efficient processing.
