• When used nomadically or from another address, the routing and location of an emergency call may be inaccurate or impossible.
• The service depends on internet, electricity and hardware. Keep another way to call the emergency services, in particular a mobile phone.

Contractual catalogue, section 11.4. Calls to 112, 117, 118, 144, 145 and 147 are free of charge.
