Shipping and Delivery Policy
Société : hype SWISS Sàrl - 12, rue des Gares, 1201 Genève, Suisse - Contact : hype@hype.swiss - +41 22 404 05 55
1. Scope
This policy applies to the delivery of physical products sold by HYPE SWISS: routers, telephones, Smart TVs, Smart TV sticks, accessories, computers, tablets and any other equipment.
For telecom services, software or subscriptions, delivery may also be digital: activation, eSIM, customer access, licence, commissioning, porting or configuration.
2. Delivery zone
Unless otherwise stated, delivery is limited to Switzerland. Deliveries outside Switzerland may be refused or subject to specific written conditions: additional charges, taxes, customs, delivery times and restrictions.
3. Timeframes
Preparation, dispatch and delivery timeframes are indicative. Unless otherwise stated, delivery generally takes place within 1 to 15 business days after order confirmation, subject to stock availability, carrier, bulky product, payment verification, supplier constraints or force majeure.
A reasonable delay does not automatically give rise to a right of cancellation or compensation. HYPE SWISS will inform the Customer where possible in the event of a significant delay.
4. Charges
Unless otherwise stated, a flat delivery fee of CHF 9.- per order may be charged. Different charges may apply to bulky products, special deliveries, installations, re-dispatches, address errors or specific requests.
5. Address, delivery and re-dispatch
The Customer must provide a complete, accurate, accessible address and a reachable contact. In the event of an incorrect address, absence, parcel refused, unclaimed parcel or carrier return, HYPE SWISS may charge re-dispatch, storage or handling fees.
6. Carriers
HYPE SWISS ships via Swiss Post or selected logistics partners. A tracking number may be communicated where available.
7. Receipt and damage
The Customer must inspect the condition of the parcel upon receipt. In the event of visible damage, a missing product or an error, the Customer must retain the packaging, take photographs and contact HYPE SWISS promptly with the relevant evidence. Failure to report promptly may make it more difficult to prove damage at delivery.
8. Transfer of risk
Subject to the mandatory rights of consumers, the risks of loss, theft or damage are transferred to the Customer upon delivery or handover to the recipient.
9. Unavailable products
In the event of unavailability, HYPE SWISS may offer an equivalent product, a revised delivery date, a credit note or a refund of uncommitted amounts.
10. Telecom specifics
The delivery of telecom services may include the dispatch of a SIM card, router or equipment, the issuance of an eSIM, the activation of an access, a porting or an intervention. These elements are subject to the necessary technical, administrative and regulatory checks.
